AccountEdge 2016 released in Canada

Rockaway, New Jersey - June 17th, 2016 - Acclivity, a leader in small business accounting software, announced today the launch of AccountEdge 2016 in Canada, its premium small business accounting software for Mac and Windows used by over 100,000 small businesses, of all sizes and industries, around the world. The latest release of AccountEdge continues to build upon the company's dedication to developing easy to use, powerful and affordable desktop accounting software.

AccountEdge and AccountEdge Cloud now offer Web Pay, an easy way to email invoices and statements to customers. Add a Pay Now button to emails with invoices or statements to allow customers to pay directly online. Customers are sent to a secure My Account page to make a payment via credit card. Customers will also see a list of their open and overdue invoices that can be paid right from their account screen.
New in AccountEdge 2016

Web Pay - Web Pay lets businesses email invoices and statements to their customers with a payment link, allowing them to pay their bills online.

Lead Tracking - Ability to create and track leads. Convert leads to customers and track their status as well as the source of the lead. New reports show how long it took to convert leads and more.

New Sales and Purchases Interface - New look for the Sales & Purchases windows to streamline the most important data entry screens. Along the way many other windows got an update to their fonts and layouts.

Profitability Reports - New Profitability Reports show the profitability of items, customers and activities.

Historical Reports - Start building seven years of Profit and Loss reports and Balance Sheets. A new Multi-Year Spreadsheet report displays year–over–year comparisons in columns.

Job Tracking Enhancements - When a job is partially allocated, “Partial” is displayed in the job field on sales lines, etc., as well as on reports.
